After a day exploring, bring something delicious back from town and settle in with a film. With a comfortable sofa, armchairs and a Smart TV, the open-plan living room is made for relaxed evenings together, with the kitchen close by whenever you fancy cooking.

Two bedrooms, a good night’s sleep

A king-size bed in the main bedroom and a double bed in the second offer a comfortable place to rest after a day in North Yorkshire. Fresh bed linen, towels, bathrobes and slippers are all provided for a little extra comfort, and the bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A kitchen for more than breakfast

From a leisurely breakfast to a cosy supper, the kitchen has everything you need to enjoy eating in: an oven, hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment and dishwasher. A washing machine is also available for the practical side of a longer stay.

Your private hot tub and sauna

Enjoy a soothing soak in your private hot tub, then unwind in the warmth of the sauna. Both are tucked away in the enclosed garden, just for you. It’s a lovely way to slow down after a day exploring Helmsley and the North York Moors.

Your own private parking

There’s a private parking space for one car right outside the cottage, making it easy to unload your bags and settle in. With the town centre a short walk away, you can leave the car and explore Helmsley on foot. A side gate gives you access to the garden too.

Bringing your dog

We welcome one well-behaved small or medium-sized dog to share your Helmsley break. To keep the cottage comfortable for every guest, dogs stay downstairs and off the furniture. The enclosed garden is an outdoor space you can enjoy together.

Getting around

A short stroll into Helmsley.

Leave the car at the cottage and wander into town for coffee, a browse around the shops or a meal in the Market Place.
