Availability & Tariffs

We are delighted to share our rates for 2025.

Our changeover day is Friday, and you can book The Helmsley Retreat for a weekly stay (Friday to Friday), a weekend break (Friday to Monday), or a midweek break (Monday to Friday).

Please note that we have a minimum stay requirement of 3 nights to ensure every guest can fully enjoy their time at our cottage.

Booking Process

To make a booking, simply check the availability calendar and prices below. If your chosen dates are available, please send us an email with the dates you're interested in. We’ll confirm availability and price, and if you’re happy to proceed, we’ll ask for a few details: your full name, number of guests (including any children or pets), and your full address. We’ll then email you an invoice with payment details (via BACS) along with our Terms and Conditions. If your stay is within 6 weeks, the full payment will be required at the time of booking. For bookings further in advance, a non-refundable deposit of £100 will secure your dates, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival.
