Our cottage sleeps 4 guests comfortably. The master bedroom has a king-size bed. The second bedroom features bunk beds - with a double bed on the bottom and a double above – perfect for two children or even teenagers. Because of the bunk beds, the recommendation is that 2 Adults and 2 Children is the ideal setup.

Yes, there is parking available for one car right outside the cottage. The garden is also accessible through a side gate, which makes bringing in items or letting your dog out very convenient.

Yes, we are dog-friendly! We welcome one well-behaved small to medium-sized dog. We do ask that dogs stay downstairs and are not allowed on the furniture. Please remember to bring your dog’s towels and blankets for their comfort. We also require an additional £100 deposit for damage/cleaning purposes, which will be returned after your stay.

Yes, we offer complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the cottage, so you can stay connected during your holiday.

Yes, the hot tub and sauna are for your private use and are located outdoors. Please note that we empty, clean, and refill the hot tub at every changeover to meet health and safety regulations. Because of this, it may not be up to temperature upon your arrival but should be ready by the evening. Sauna will need switching on before use to get it to the temperature! All detailed instructions - how to use - are in the cottage.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. This gives us enough time to prepare the cottage for the next guests. If you need to request an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us ahead of time and we’ll do our best to accommodate you!

Yes, we provide fresh linen and towels for all our guests. Since we have a hot tub, we also include two cosy robes and slippers for your comfort. Don't forget to pack your swimming costume to make the most of the hot tub!

We’ve got most of the essentials covered, including bed linen, towels, robes, and slippers for the hot tub. You may want to bring your toiletries, food, beverages, and any special items you’ll need for your stay. If you’re bringing your dog, don’t forget their bed, toys, and food, as well as towels and blankets.

We have a lovely enclosed garden perfect for relaxing with a side gate to a car parking space. It’s west facing, meaning you'll get most of the afternoon sun, great spot for enjoying your morning coffee or a peaceful evening outdoors.

Yes, the cottage has a washing machine, which is handy for longer stays or if you have kids and need to do some laundry during your time with us. Please remember to bring laundry detergents with you.

Yes! We love to welcome our guests with a complimentary hamper featuring some local products, including a fresh loaf of bread, tea, coffee, and milk to help you settle in.

If you’re staying for more than a week, we can arrange a mid-stay clean and linen change. Just let us know in advance if this is something you’d like.

We want you to feel right at home and enjoy your stay, but it’s important to be considerate of our lovely neighbourhood. The cottage is in a quiet cul-de-sac with both holiday lets and permanent residents nearby, so we ask our guests to be mindful of their surroundings.
- While the hot tub is a wonderful feature, we kindly request that you refrain from using it after 10 PM to avoid disturbing the peace.
- If you’re bringing a dog, we ask that they aren’t left unattended in the cottage. We can help arrange dog-sitting services if you plan to go our for a dinner. No dogs in hot tub.
- While music and celebrations are certainly part of the holiday experience, we encourage keeping the volume to a reasonable level to ensure everyone, including our neighbours, can enjoy their time.
